Position Duties: Are you looking for a fast-paced and purposeful position within a strong and creative professional team? If so, this job is for you. The Service Coordinators position is a full-time job, with bendfits, within the Developmental Disabilities Program. The Service Coordinator is responsible for creating individual service plans in partnership with people with disabilites, their friends, relatives and other professionals. Thsi profession also involves overseeing and scheduling direct care staff as they provide services in work, home, and recreational settings. Service Coordinators also work directly with customers of our program. Minimum Qualifications: The minimum qualifications for this program include three years experience providing services for people with disabilities. Relevant college or professional training can be substituted for experience for up to two years. A bachelor's degree and supervisor experience is preferred but not required.
