Starting Salary: $11.95 - $13.05/hr DOE plus benefits

The Psychiatric Treatment Counselor (PTC) is responsible for:
· Supervision of children and adolescents in residential treatment cottages with severe emotional and behavioral problems.
· Group and individual therapeutic interactions with residents.
· Provision of quality care in accordance with ACS Mission, Core Values and Philosophy of Care.
· Adherence to the high standards of a Level 5 residential care facility as set forth by the Agency, OCS Licensing, JCAHO and Medicaid.
· Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:
· PTC must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of two years residential child care or two years of college or combination of college and experience equaling two years is required.
